Mark/B-LOC: Aside from improper installation, the most common oversight we see is a failure to accurately quantify applied dynamic loads or, when this is not possible, to base selections on an appropriate safety factor. Before selecting a device, consider all types of loading acting on system components and either tool determine their peak values or apply a safety factor that is right for the job.Jeff/KTR: The majority of problems we''ve seen stem from improper selection.
