Before selecting a device, consider all types of loading acting on system components and either determine their peak values or apply a safety factor that is right for the job.Jeff/KTR: The majority of problems we''ve seen stem from improper selection. The dimensional tolerance of the hub and shaft must be correct to effectively maintain peak torque transmission of the clamping elements.
